What an unforgettable day! We are excited to announce the grand opening of Volcano Falls at White Rose Leeds, marking an exciting new chapter for our adventure golf family. The new venue marks the 16th location within the Funstation Group and joins the much loved Volcano Falls Adventure Golf at Xscape Yorkshire in Castleford, alongside the recently opened Funstation at The Light Leeds.

Our launch day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We welcomed more than 120 guests from across the local community, including businesses, influencers, media, partners and representatives from White Rose Shopping Centre. It was a delight to celebrate this incredible milestone alongside our wonderful VIP guests, whose support and enthusiasm made the occasion even more special.

The evening began with an official ribbon cutting ceremony led by former Leeds professional footballer Andy Couzens. Guests were welcomed in by Dino Rangers and a life size walking dinosaur, creating plenty of photo opportunities and setting the scene for an evening packed with fun and excitement.

Following the ribbon cutting, guests were invited to explore the brand-new venue and experience everything Volcano Falls has to offer, from immersive adventure golf courses to competitive electric darts and delicious food and drinks.

We were delighted to welcome Chris Black, Chairman of Sound Leisure and Non-Executive Director of the West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, and Donna Morris, Head of Marketing and Events at the West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce to our opening event. Thank you for attending and for your support in making the occasion such a memorable success.

A huge thank you also goes to Rays of Sunshine, whose incredible work brightens the lives of seriously ill children and their families. It was an honour to welcome the team and grant the wishes of Ella Hargreaves, Ruby Joseph, Isaac O’Kane, and Eliza Davies and celebrate this special day together. To help support the amazing difference they make, we were proud to donate £2,000 to the charity as part of our grand opening celebrations.
